Good news on the music front for the THE FOG remake. Graeme Revell is listed on Music From The Movies as the scores composer. You’ve no doubt heard his work in some sweet ass flicks like THE CROW and SIN CITY.
Now a score can’t make a crappy movie great, but solid music can elevate a picture a step above how good it really is. Kinda like doing extra credit to get the B+ instead of the B.
Since the previews of THE FOG that we’re seeing do look interesting to me, I have to say that this news is edging the flick into my want to see column despite the PG-13 rating. At least this way even if the movie doesn’t work, I know I’ll be able to close my eyes and enjoy the sound of it!
