Rob Zombie’s 31: Father Murder and Charley get character posters

Earlier this week, character posters featuring Doom-Head and Psycho-Head from Rob Zombie's upcoming film 31 hit the internets, and now two more character posters have followed.

31 is about

five carnival workers who are kidnapped the night before Halloween and held hostage in a large secret compound known as Murder World. Once there, they have 12 hours to survive a terrifying game called 31 in which “The Heads” – murderous maniacs dressed as clowns – are released to hunt them down and kill them.

Given the plot description and the first two posters, I had assumed that we'd be getting character posters for all the Heads, but the marketing department has thrown a curve ball and instead released character posters that feature Father Murder, who is played by Malcolm McDowell, and Sheri Moon Zombie as the film's heroine Charley.

With that, the release of character posters seems to be finished. For now, anyway.

Saban Films will be releasing 31 On Demand on September 16th, with a theatrical release following on October 21st. Rob Zombie has also said there will be a special theatrical sneak preview of the film on September 1st.

McDowell and Zombie's co-stars include Richard Brake, Lew Temple, Jeff Daniel Phillips, Pancho Moler, Meg Foster, Judy Geeson, Jane Carr, Ginger Lynn, Daniel Roebuck, Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs, Tracy Walter, E.G. Daily, Torsten Voges, David Ury, Bari Suzuki, Devin Sidell, and Kevin Jackson.
