Russian trailer for Genndy Tartakovsky’s Hotel Transylvania sneaks online

JoBloJoBlo

Just a few weeks ago we got a look at some of the first images from Genndy Tartakovsky’s (Samurai Jack) HOTEL TRANSYLVANIA, starring Adam Sandler, Selena Gomez, Andy Samberg, Kevin James, Fran Drescher, and David Spade.  Now, we have a trailer, albeit in Russian, which I don’t speak.

The imagery is typical of Tartakovsky’s style and that’s one of the best things this project has going for it.  Sandler’s name attached left me groaning about this, but with the famed animator at the helm, my faith has been restored and the little bit of footage we see here is very promising.

Take a peek:

I’m sure a US trailer will hit shortly, but this is a nice little tease of things to come and it seems like it may well be a solid entry for Sony animation.

HOTEL TRANSYLVANIA opens on September 28, 2012.
