Lionsgate has updated its official SAW VI site, which you can check out right HERE. Nothing super exciting here, but if you’re a SAW maniac, then you might want to bookmark and keep and eye on the page, as it seems like it will soon be updated with some trap-related goodies in the near future. (There are sections called “Bloodlines”, “Wheel of Death” and “Become Jigsaw’s Apprentice” that have not yet opened.) At the moment, you can get an iphone application, download some AIM icons (and the wallpaper you see above), check out the cast and crew, etc.
They’re still sticking with the same old synopsis: Special Agent Strahm is dead, and Detective Hoffman has emerged as the unchallenged successor to Jigsaw’s legacy. However, when the FBI draws closer to Hoffman, he is forced to set a game into motion, and Jigsaw’s grand scheme is finally understood.
SAW VI stars Tobin Bell, Costas Mandylor, Mark Rolston, Betsy Russell, Peter Outerbridge and Shawnee Smith. It hits theaters on OCTOBER 23rd.
