[MILD SPOILERS FOR THE PREMIERE OF AMERICAN HORROR STORY TO FOLLOW]
Season ?6 of American Horror Story premiered last night, leaving audiences flustered by presenting them with a context-less show within a show. I kinda dug it, because this is the first time the show has really kept audiences in the dark since the reveal at the end of season one that each season would be its own insular story.
In this preview video for the upcoming episode, it looks like we'll be getting more of the same. To be honest, I thought they were going to pull the rug out from under us again by telling an entirely different story in the second episode, but so far it looks like we'll be spending the season in yet another haunted house, approaching it from multiple angles. Anti-fans of Lady Gaga can rest easy, knowing that she hasn't made her appearance yet, and doesn't seem to in episode 2 either.
