Asian horror remake alert! If you’re tired of seeing ground-gazing ghosts with long dark hair and dirty attire, this may not interest you. However, if you like hot blondes, please read on.

Sexy young up-and-comer Rachael Taylor will star in SHUTTER, a remake of the Thai spooker. The story involves a pair of newlyweds haunted by a ghostly presence that appears in their photographs, ruining many otherwise decent shots and generally making their life miserable. The new version will directed by Japanese horror guy Masayuki Ochiai (INFECTION, THE HYPNOTIST) and produced by Roy Lee, the reigning king of Asian remakes.

Taylor, who most recently met her maker in SEE NO EVIL, will soon be launched into the pop culture mainstream with a significant non-mechanized role in TRANSFORMERS.
