On tap right now is the very first look at the long talked about "Wayward Pines", Fox's event series from director M. Night Shyamalan. Since we've been keeping tabs on the show we've seen one hell of a cast come together for the thriller as it stars Juliette Lewis, Matt Dillon, Terrence Howard and many others. We've all been fooled by Shyamalan once or twice, but I gotta say, "Wayward Pines" has my attention. The cast alone warrants this one a watch, let's hope the story is just as strong.
Here's what it's about:
Ethan Burke (Dillon), a Secret Service agent who arrives in the bucolic town of Wayward Pines, Id., is on a mission to find two missing federal agents. But instead of answers, Ethan's investigation only turns up more questions. Each step closer to the truth takes Ethan further from the life he knew, from the husband and father he was, until he must face the terrifying reality that he may never get out of Wayward Pines alive.
"Wayward Pines" will debut in 2014 and also stars Greta Lee, Shannyn Sossamon, Carla Gugino, Toby Jones, Greta Lee, Tim Griffin and Charlie Tahan. Take a look at the first still!
