SEVERANCE director Christopher Smith has started development on his next project, which will be a supernatural thriller called TRIANGLE. If you’re not familiar with Christopher Smith, he made a satirical slasher film in UK called SEVERANCE, which was about: A team-building weekend in the mountains of Eastern Europe goes horribly wrong for the sales division of the multi-national weapons company Palisade Defence when they become the victims of a group of crazed killers who will stop at nothing to see them dead.
I found the film absolutely brilliant, so I am glad to see that Smith has chosen his next project. Smith received a little over $15k to develop the film by the UK Film Council.
Christopher Smith said,
“It’s a psychological horror film set on an ocean liner. Weirdly, it’s a movie that will play in time loops, like a character getting stuck in a glitch. That’s what the Bermuda Triangle is and this character has to combat her way back. It’s a slick idea that I will get bang-on right.”
I’m definitely stoked for this film. More news about TRIANGLE as it develops.
