You guys remember that Cuban horror-comedy we told you about a while ago called JUAN OF THE DEAD? How could you forget right? Well if you were excited for that project, and subsequently disappointed by it’s lack of updates, then I’ve got something that should cheer you up!

A 40-year-old slacker named Juan notices that people are beginning to turn violent. As a zombie epidemic spreads through Havana, he decides to make a quick buck, offering to slay people’s infected relatives. But as the zombie plague reaches national proportions Juan has to concentrate on his survival.
Coming from director Alejandro Brugues, JUAN OF THE DEAD stars Alexis Diaz de Villegas as the titular character. Still no word on when this one might be hitting the US but you can be sure we’ll be keeping our eyes and ears open for more on JUAN OF THE DEAD as we hear it!
