Director Toby Wilkins’ horror flick SPLINTER was picked up for distribution today from Magnolia’s genre-arm, Magnet, for U.S. distribution!
This is pretty exciting news as SPLINTER has been generating all sorts of buzz – and now it looks like it’ll be seen around the world! Icon Film Distribution also picked the flick up for the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
SPLINTER is about two couples who attempt to stay out of the clutches of a virus-like monster who feeds on blood. Nice!
The flick’s currently wrapping post-production, so it’s only a matter of time before it’s completed and ready to debut unto the masses. The story sounds fun, and with the amount of interest the film’s already generating… count me in!
