MAJOR SPOILERS BELOW!  Look, I doubt you clicked on this with the intention of NOT being spoiled, but I have to reiterate just in case.  The pics below will spoil the reveal of the Wicked Witch in OZ THE GREAT AND POWERFUL, so turn back now if you wish to keep your mind clear of the pointy-nosed villain.

Okay, so if you’re sticking around then you know what you’re in for.  These three pics show, quite clearly, who the Wicked Witch of Sam Raimi‘s Oz The Great And Powerful is.  If there’s any doubt after seeing the first two images, the third tells all.  The marketing for the film has made a habit of trying to deflect your expectations, especially with Rachel Weisz‘s Evanora standing atop the castle at the end of the trailer and sending forth her monkey army.  Then, there’s the TV spot that poses the question.  Although many have said it’s obvious, based on the three witches appearances or the source material (which I’ve never read), I’ve never been so sure that it was a foregone conclusion.

She’ll swallow your soul!:

OZ THE GREAT AND POWERFUL, starring James Franco, Mila Kunis, Rachel Weisz, Michelle Williams, Zach Braff, and Joey King reveals all on March 8, 2013.
