If you thought the masks worn by the killers in THE STRANGERS were scary as hell, then you should be stoked for this news. Looks like those masked psychos, affectionately named “Doll Face,” “Pin Up Girl,” and “The Man in the Mask” will be roaming around this year’s HALLOWEEN HORROR NIGHTS event at Universal Studios Hollywood!
The biggest Halloween event to hit the West Coast, HORROR NIGHTS is known for featuring the big screens most iconic horror characters, including Freddy Kruegar, Jason Voorhees, Leatherface, Chucky, The Mummy, The Wolfman, Frankenstien’s Monster, and even Norman f*cking Bates. So for the masked foes from THE STRANGERS to be included with these celluloid legends… I’d say it’s quite the honor!
Beginning next Friday, October 3rd, and running through every weekend through November 1st, HORROR NIGHTS is A NIGHTMARE ON ELM ST. themed, but those masked STRANGERS will have their own ‘scare zones’ to creep the crap outta ya.
If you needed another reason to try and check this event out (they had me at Freddy Kruegar), the event will also have a first look at next year’s THE WOLFMAN. THE STRANGERS, THE WOLFMAN, and all the other horror movie icons in one place? Makes you want to movie to L.A. right now, don’t it?
