Fangoria scored a few new images from the indie flick SUMMER SCARS today, and as I hadn’t heard of the flick before, I thought it’d be a good idea to point ya’ll in the right direction and have you check em’ out.
Directed by Julian Richards of THE LAST HORROR MOVIE fame, SCARS is about a mentally unstable vagrant who terrorizes a group of boys in the woods.
Sounds interesting, no? Considering the whole movie is set in the woods, I’d say the new images work pretty well. Apparently the film is gaining some extreme buzz, as it’s played at over 20 film festivals since September, and has a whole line-up of appearances now through June. With this type of buzz, it’s only a matter of time before it’s picked up for wide distribution.
