It isn't very often that one of the top films I'm looking forward to checking out is a SyFy original film. Nothing against the channel's past programming, but after CHANNEL ZERO I've taken much more of an interest in their original output.
Case in point, the upcoming original flick NEVERKNOCK. I don't blame you if you've never heard of the film before, but you really should check out the trailer as this film looks like Halloween good times.

NEVERKNOCK synopsis:
In 1986, three teens were brutally murdered after knocking on the door of 59 Oakwood Lane. The killer was never found. Over the next forty years, rumors turned to legend, and while few will admit to believing the stories, kids are still warned never knock on the door of 59 Oakwood Lane for fear of what may answer. On this Halloween night, Grace and her friends are going to wish they’d heeded the warnings and never knocked… for the Neverknock…
NEVERKNOCK is directed by Sheldon Wilson and stars Dominique Provost–Chalkley, Jodelle Ferland, Nicholas Campbell, Kiana Madeira, Varun Saranga and Lola Flannery.
NEVERKNOCK premiere on SyFy Sunday, October 15 at 9pm.
