Tales of Halloween

On October 16, 2015, Epic Pictures Releasing put the horror anthology TALES OF HALLOWEEN out in theatres and on VOD. Consisting of ten segments from eleven directors, the film was a very fun celebration of the Halloween holiday and the horror genre that instantly earned a place on my list of movies to watch every Halloween season.

Just in time for the holiday this year, Epic Pictures Group has announced that they will be giving the film a special 4-disc collector's edition Blu-ray/DVD/CD release on September 13th.

Directed by Darren Lynn Bousman, Axelle Carolyn, Adam Gierasch, Andrew Kasch, Neil Marshall, Lucky McKee, Mike Mendez, Dave Parker, Ryan Schifrin, John Skipp, and Paul Solet, TALES OF HALLOWEEN has the following synopsis:

Ten stories are woven together by their shared theme of Halloween night in an American suburb, where ghouls, imps, aliens and axe murderers appear for one night only to terrorize unsuspecting residents.

I would have liked to have gotten an audio commentary (or some audio commentaries) on there as well, but I suppose the video diaries serve the same purpose. Beyond that, this sounds like an incredible release for an awesome movie. TALES OF HALLOWEEN is a must-buy as far as I'm concerned, and I'll be giving these discs a spin every October at least.

This limited edition set is now available for pre-order on TalesofHalloweenmovie.com.
