Last week we gave you all the scoop that director Patrick Tatopoulos was working on bringing the monster movie NON-STOP to the big screen (check out the full story HERE).
That was last week, and today we have a small update to give you about the project. Tatopoulos recently directed the surprisingly entertaining UNDERWORLD: RISE OF THE LYCANS, so color me stoked to find out more about NON-STOP. Ok, here’s the deal. Dreamworks is in negotiations right now to pick up and develop the project. If the deal goes through, Tatopoulos will be working with a script by Michael Galvary.
Not a lot of info is known about the film, other than it’s a monster movie along the lines of CLOVERFIELD, which was along the lines of GODZILLA and movies of those kind, so I’m guess a big monster rampages through a city non-stop. Hence the title, NON-STOP. Kick ass.
If Dreamworks is on-board, the film will likely have an impressive budget to work with, which will be key in pulling a monster movie like this off. Stick around for more NON-STOP as we hear it!
