Legendary Pictures has released the first official teaser trailer and poster for Guillermo del Toro’s gothic horror film CRIMSON PEAK, which opens this Halloween. Just bask in the beauty of this thing about 100 times in a row like I did.
The film stars Mia Wasikowska, Jessica Chastain, Tom Hiddleston, Charlie Hunnam and Jim Beaver.
In the aftermath of a family tragedy, an aspiring author is torn between love for her childhood friend and the temptation of a mysterious outsider. Trying to escape the ghosts of her past, she is swept away to a house that breathes, bleeds…and remembers.
CRIMSON PEAK opens October 16th. Suddenly that date seems very, very far away.
