TF2 Action!

Someone called “PhillyFilmGirl” was lucky enough (?) to be on the TRANSFORMERS 2 set in Princeton, NJ recently and actually scored some very cool footage: a small robot (Frenzy, from the first film?) clawing at a windshield, with what sounds like Shia LaBeouf’s irritating voice emanating from within the car.

Now I must admit, there were many things that annoyed me about the first film, but Frenzy was easily near the top of the list. He came directly from George Lucas’ “Academy for Robots that are Supposed to be Funny – but really, really aren’t.” (It’s not an easy school to get into, you’ve really got to be a major asshat…)

As you’re most likely well aware, Michael Bay’s sequel to his hugely successful film opens next June.

(FYI: The display above was spotted at – I shit you not – The My Little Pony Toy Fair in Providence.)
