That’s how you quarantine: Rita Wilson raps Naughty By Nature in isolation

Maybe Gal Gadot's all-star "Imagine" mash-up wasn't your cup of tea to ease your coronavirus anxiety. Some might say she was trying too hard even though she was coming from a good place. Perhaps Rita Wilson, wife of Tom Hanks who tested postive for COVID-19 along with her husband two weeks ago, will be more your speed as she does quarantine right with a little help from Naughty By Nature.

Rita Wilson is currently in isolation with Tom Hanks and they are both reportedly feeling better & judging from the video Wilson posted on her Instagram page, it looks like that is the case. The video shows Wilson reading a book and suddenly "Hip Hop Hooray" by the popular 90s rap group comes on in the background. Looking perplexed at first, Wilson suddenly deep dives into the lyrics and she's actually pretty good. I don't see Rita Wilson and think that woman knows hip-hop, even if it is from the early 90s. Wilson and Hanks were filming Baz Luhrmann's UNTITLED ELVIS BIOPIC in Australia when the couple tested postitive for the virus. Just last week it was announced that production on the film was suspended indefinitely because of the pandemic but Luhrmann hopes to get back to the film when everything clears up. Both performers have been in high spirits since their announcement and have provided frequent updates on their progress.

I think we all need a little laugh during this time and at least this video isn't pandering to anyone, it's just showcasing an actress having fun and making the best of her situation while also giving us a little levity in the process. I'm starting to think Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson might be the best Hollywood couple out there.
