The Batman HBO Max premiere date is officially confirmed

The not-so-long wait to experience The Batman in the comfort of your home is almost up. Get ready to snuggle into your favorite pajamas and not pay an arm and a leg for popcorn because The Batman will launch on HBO Max on Monday, April 18, 2022, and air on HBO on Saturday, April 23 at 8 p.m. ET.

The Batman’s HBO Max premiere falls under the 45-day milestone Warner Bros. set for all of its theatrical releases to screen on the streamer. Meanwhile, The Batman has grossed $735 million worldwide, making it the biggest movie of the year so far.

When a killer targets Gotham City’s elite with a series of sadistic machinations, a trail of cryptic clues sends the World’s Greatest Detective on an investigation into the underworld, where he encounters such characters as Selina Kyle, The Penguin, Carmine Falcone, and The Riddler. Hell yeah! I’ve already seen The Batman in theaters twice, but I’m ready to go another round. In addition to the film’s streaming release, The Batman will hit 4K HD Blu-ray, Blu-ray, and DVD on June 13, 2022.
