Corin Hardy Hell Bent

Corin Hardy, director of the fantastical Irish horror flick THE HALLOW, is taking his next film straight into Hell. Titled HELL BENT, the film is produced by Lorenzo di Bonaventura and Mark Vahradian. The casting will begin shortly, after the script is revised. The producers are shooting for a budget of around $60 million, casting up-and-coming talent rather than established big stars.

In HELL BENT, described as "Dirty Dozen goes to Hell":

a group of mercenaries imprisoned in a Brazilian jail are murdered and led into the depths of hell by a priest who wishes to use their skills to kill Satan before he brings hell to Earth.

It sounds a little like a Satanic version of SUICIDE SQUAD and I couldn't be more excited. Also, they're hinting that you might hear a little more about Hardy's scrapped THE CROW remake soon, so keep your ear to the ground!
