So we've known for a while that SyFy would be bringing us SHARKNADO 3 in 2015 and it was recently revealed that the third film will take on the Eastern Seaboard, beginning with an attack on Washington D.C. with the sharks moving along the coast and eventually landing in Orlando, FL. That's right! The East Coast will soon be the "Feast Coast", so have a few extra chainsaws ready as Fin Shepard (Ian Ziering) takes on more airborne sharks next summer.

Today we've got a new short synopsis for SHARKNADO 3 to share with ya below. Check it out:

When a mass of sharknadoes threatens Florida, chainsaw-wielding hero Fin must again risk his life to save his children on spring break. But as he fights his way south, the sharknadoes merge and grow bigger than ever before.

To be completely honest, I had a lot of fun with SHARKNADO and its bigger, badder, better, and goofier sequel. I can get as much entertainment out of a 'good' bad movie as I can with any Hollywood blockbuster, and the SHARKNADO films certainly deliver plenty of eye-rolling WTF moments that had me in hysterics. I even attended a SHARKNADO 2 party where the attendees turned the film into a drinking game (take a shot for every celebrity cameo and shark kill!). In short, there's a lot of fun to be had with these flicks, so I'm down for another SHARKNADO flick.

Anthony C. Ferrante is returning to helm SHARKNADO 3, which should also see the return of Ian Ziering's Fin Shepard and Tara Reid's April Wexler. No word yet as to who else we may see appear in this sequel, but I'm expecting plenty of celebrity cameos. IMDB already has "Ice Ice Baby" performer Vanilla Ice listed as 'rumored' to appear. Word to your mother!

SHARKNADO 3 will touchdown in July 2015.
