The first five minutes of Bansky’s Exit Through the Gift Shop

JoBloJoBlo

I’m not quite sure how well known Bansky is over here in the US, but across the pond in England, the man is quite literally a legend. A mysterious street artist without an identity who has created some amazing works of street art like the one you see above.

EXIT THROUGH THE GIFT SHOP is a documentary of sorts about the man, though it’s described as a “failed film” as the camera is ultimately turned around on the eccentric French shopkeeper who began the project in the first place.

I guess Banksy ends up with the camera most of the time, and it features more footage of the man than anyone ever thought was possible. The film is getting incredible buzz thus far, it hits the States in select theaters April 16th, and you can check out the first five minutes below.
