Jeez, I’d almost forgotten about the dark comedy THE HANGOVER, the first movie from director Todd Phillips since OLD SCHOOL. Oh wait — he also directed STARSKY & HUTCH and SCHOOL FOR SCOUNDRELS? Guess I’d forgotten that too…
But this one looks like potentially fun raunch, if a bit derivative (THREE MEN AND A BABY AND SOME VERY BAD THINGS?). But it’s about damn time Bradley Cooper became a legit leading man, and I miss Ed Helms on “THE DAILY SHOW” but I’ll take him in a decent comedy… plus it takes place in Vegas, so expect some quality T&A.
