Season 5 of The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs is set to begin airing on both the Shudder streaming service and AMC+ TV on April 21st – and this season is going to be split into two batches of five episodes. So we’ll be seeing new episodes every Friday from April 21st through May 19th, then the show will go on a brief hiatus before we get five more episodes later in the year. (Starting in mid-June.) But while we wait for confirmation on all of that, Shudder has released a trailer for the season, which you can check out in the embed above, and has also unveiled some poster art, which you can examine at the bottom of this article.

Following the live airings on Fridays, fans will be able to watch the episodes on demand on Shudder and AMC+ beginning on the Sunday of that weekend.

Join Joe Bob, Darcy the Mail Girl, surprise guests, and the rest of The Last Drive-In crew as they ring in an all-new fifth season!

The show is produced by Matt Manjourides and Justin Martell, and directed by Austin Jennings. Joe Bob is joined on each episode by Darcy the Mail Girl (a.k.a. Diana Prince).
