The Man From Toronto trailer finds Kevin Hart & Woody Harrelson in a hilarious case of mistaken identity

The first trailer for the new Netflix action-comedy The Man From Toronto has been released and it finds Kevin Hart and Woody Harrelson engaged in a hilarious case of mistaken identity.

Per the official logline from Netflix, “A case of mistaken identity arises after a screw-up sales consultant and the world’s deadliest assassin—known only as The Man from Toronto— run into each other at a holiday rental.” The film also stars Kaley Cuoco, Jasmine Mathews, Lela Loren, Pierson Fodé, Jencarlos Canela, and Ellen Barkin.

Directed by Patrick Hughes, The Man From Toronto was originally scheduled to be released on August 12, 2022, by Sony Pictures but the film’s distribution rights were sold to Netflix. Jason Statham was also initially cast in Woody Harrelson’s role but he abruptly left the project six weeks before filming started after coming at odds with producers over the tone and rating of the film.

Looks like Kevin Hart and Woody Harrelson will be a fun pair so I’m willing to give this one a shot. Did YOU like the trailer The Man From Toronto trailer? The movie hits Netflix quite soon on June 24, 2022. You can check out the film’s official key art, featuring an angry Harrelson, below!
