The Minions return to compete in this new short film

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

The latest film to feature those creepy, little, yellow guys, MINIONS, went on to gross more than $1 billion worldwide. Alright, maybe I was alone in NOT wanting to see a Minion's butt when that flick hit theaters, but now there's a new short film featuring a couple of those popular "creatures", sans butt. Check out The Competition!

In the DESPICABLE ME/MINION-verse, if I were a super hero or villain, I'd imagine that employing these things would be last on my agenda. They're wildly incompetent, and I can't even begin to imagine the paperwork being shuffled through the human (I guess?) resources department. With that said, they've obviously hit a funny bone with audiences, so it's only a matter of time before the Minions return to theaters. In the meantime, the DVD/Blu-ray is right around the corner, so you can get as much of their yellow butts as you can handle.

MINIONS hits DVD/Blu-ray on December 8, 2015.
