Entertainment Weekly has just unveiled some exclusive new stills for the upcoming final season of AMC's flagship zombie action-drama The Walking Dead (even though they have, like a hundred spin-offs to keep the zombie train from fully falling apart). And, according to EW, showrunner Angela Kang stated that "after a scaled-down end to season 10 due to coronavirus protocols" season 11 will:
…get to come back more of our usual scope and scale that people are used to…tons of zombies and lots of action and fun and intrigue, and locations we've never seen.
Meanwhile, the aforementioned final season of The Walking Dead will premiere on AMC August 22, 2021!
