More and more is hitting the Internet regarding IRON MAN 3 and this new featurette is full of footage we are seeing for the first time. Mixed in with new shots of Rebecca Hall as Maya Hansen and Guy Pearce as Aldrich Killian we now have a look at Jon Favreau as Happy Hogan in his new role at Stark Industries and Gwyneth Paltrow donning the Iron Man armor.

IRON MAN 3 looks like it is going to be a hell of a ride and way better than IRON MAN 2. This video features the cast members talking about their part in the film and how this movie has more intelligence and heart than any prior entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Coming from a studio approved feature, you have to take that with a grain of salt, but every bit of footage we are given makes me anxious for more.

Check out the featurette.

Jon Favreau looks to have a meatier part in IRON MAN 3, likely due to his reduced duties behind the camera. The idea that Pepper Potts and Aldrich Killian have a prior connection, as do Maya Hansen and Tony Stark, sets up an interesting possibility for romantic entanglements. Ben Kingsley looks like he enjoyed this foray into the world of comic heroes. Even the deepening relationship between Rhodey looks to be addressed her with Don Cheadle getting more to do. All signs are pointing to a helluva movie!

IRON MAN 3, starring Robert Downey, Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Ben Kingsley, Guy Pearce, Rebecca Hall, William Sadler, and James Badge Dale opens May 3, 2013.
