This July you can get Consumption from WildEye Releasing

WildEye Releasing has set a July 26th DVD and Digital HD release for CONSUMPTION, the first film from director Brandon Scullion.

Described as a "gruesome goulash of ghosts, cults, and good ol' demons" by Famous Monsters and noted for having a "PRINCE OF DARKNESS meets EVIL DEAD feel" (and that sounds like one amazing meeting to me), CONSUMPTION tells the story of

a group of friends who travel to the snowy Utah mountains for a weekend retreat. One brings with him a dark secret that could destroy their lives forever. As they prepare to face an ancient secret buried in the woods outside their winter resort, an unstoppable evil begins to grow, consuming them one by one.

The trailer can be viewed below, and while I'm not sure how the full film will be, its preview is an entertaining minute-long descent into insanity.

If CONSUMPTION looks like something you'd like to catch, the DVD can be pre-ordered on Amazon.
