Thor battles Vision in this deleted Age of Ultron scene

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

Now that Marvel's latest, ANT-MAN, is available on Blu-ray, that also means you can get your hands on the entirety of Phase Two. For those not keeping track, that box set includes IRON MAN 3, THOR: THE DARK WORLD, CAPTAIN AMERICA: WINTER SOLDIER, GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY, AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON and ANT-MAN. Not a bad line-up, of which you can order exclusively on Amazon. In light of this release, there's a pretty nifty deleted scene from ULTRON I'd like to you to check out. Here, Thor awakens Vision and the two butt heads in spectacular fashion.

As you can probably gather, this scene was completely unnecessary (hence why it was cut), but it's always kinda neat to see how two heroes would stack up against each other. I can't say that I particularly loved how Vision was handled in ULTRON, but I'm really curious to see how he plays out the upcoming Marvel flicks. CIVIL WAR is sure to give us some more hero-on-hero action, so I'll chalk this one up as a taste of things to come.
