The Corpse Grinders Timo Rose

Legendary B-movie filmmaker Ted V. Mikels passed away last month, but his legacy endures in the trailer for director Timo Rose's remake of Mikels' 1971 cult classic THE CORPSE GRINDERS. Mikels himself even makes an appearance in the newly released teaser trailer, which can be seen below.

Rose has said that his remake remains faithful to the story of the original film:

Landau, owner of the Lotus Cat Food Company, has run into financial trouble. He winds up killing one of his employees and disposing of the body by grinding it up and putting it in his product. Suddenly, sales start to spike, leading to more people disappearances; one of the victims is a man named Frank, whose girlfriend Tessie sets out find him.

The cast of the remake includes Max Evans, Enya Maria Tames, Yazmeen Baker, Kristina Kostiv, and Anthony Straeger.

A release date for this new take on THE CORPSE GRINDERS has not yet been announced, but we'll keep you updated as more information becomes available.
