Oh shit that’s high. As someone terribly afraid of heights, this IMAX poster for MISSION IMPOSSIBLE: GHOST PROTOCOL makes me extremely nervous. Tom Cruise is looking a little nervous himself but he does crazy shit like this all the time as Ethan Hunt.
Some of the scenes were shot in IMAX, this one is a good example. Cruise is hanging from Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world in Dubai. I bet this will look even more terrifying on IMAX screens. If you want to check it out early, you’ll get the chance on December 16th but only if you want to see it in IMAX. If not, the film releases on the 21st.
