Trailer: Apple & Steven Spielberg’s Amazing Stories reboot

Executive producer Steven Spielberg's rebooted anthology series AMAZING STORIES will be hitting Apple TV+ next month. And today we have the show's trailer for you to check out. The first five episodes will premiere on March 6th with the remaining episodes hitting weekly after that.

Episodes include The Rift, Signs of Life, The Heat, The Cellar, and Dynoman and the Volt with the late Robert Forster in one of his final roles as

a grandfather who bonds with his grandson over the power they discover in a ring ordered from the back of a comic book.

Other cast includes Dylan O'Brien (THE MAZE RUNNER), Victoria Pedretti (THE HAUNTING OF HILL HOUSE), Josh Holloway (LOST), Sasha Alexander (MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE III), Kerry Biché (RED STATE), Austin Stowell (FANTASY ISLAND), and Edward Burns (SAVING PRIVATE RYAN).

HANNIBAL's Bryan Fuller was the reboot's original showrunner but was replaced by Edward Kitsis & Adam Horowitz (ONCE UPON A TIME). 

Directors include Chris Long (LOIS & CLARK: THE NEW ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN), Mark Mylod (GAME OF THRONES), Michael Dinner (THE WONDER YEARS), Susanna Fogel (THE SPY WHO DUMPED ME), Todd Holland (THE WIZARD), and Sylvain White (SLENDER MAN).

Spielberg once again serves as the series' executive producer along with Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz, Darryl Frank, and Justin Falvey. Universal Television, Amblin Television, and Kitsis/Horowitz produced the series which will premiere its first five episodes on Apple TV+ on March 6, 2020.

The remaining episodes will hit weekly after that. 

The original AMAZING STORIES ran for two seasons from 1985 to 1987, earning 12 Emmy nominations and winning five of them. The show's original theme by the one and only John Williams (JAWS, E.T., RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK, JURASSIC PARK) can be heard in this new trailer.
