We’ve got another piece of found footage to share with you; this little ditty is called 1666. Directed by Chris Sheng, the flick gives us a peek at the Halloween shenanigans of four unwise friends who decide to start poking their noses where they don’t belong.

The official synopsis: The story centers on four friends in their early 20’s. Last year on the night before Halloween, they decided to go on a self made tour of famous Hollywood murders and celebrity haunted houses. The tour led them to a house known as 1666. They have been missing ever since.

We’ve all done this, as teenagers – we’ve all heard stories of a local haunted hot spot. In most cases, we’ve gotten into a packed car with a bunch of our friends to go to the location and check it out for ourselves. And more often than not, we ended up having a story on our hands that may or may not have been related to the paranormal. But in that moment, our nerves were high, senses alert and adrenaline pumping. Imagine your backyard is Hollywood. Imagine that these haunted Hollywood locations are only a few miles away. Be prepared to participate in a haunted tour unlike anything you’ve experienced as you join these four kids through the Hollywood Hills.

1666 has just entered post-production and could see a release at some point next year. We’ll keep you updated on its progress.
