Early this month, we told you about Lionsgate’s release of Kevin Kangas’ FEAR OF CLOWNS (visit the official site here), coming to DVD February 28th. Well, apparently Lionsgate is set to pick up the fun again, with news that Lionsgate has expressed interest in a sequel to the film. Kangas says that they’ve already begun plans to do the sequel! It will be shot in May of this year (or 2006, whichever you prefer) and the casting call will go out in January, though you can get a head start on it here. There’s even an unofficial promo poster for the film, which shows that the sequel will obviously include more clowns this time around. Pennywise ain’t got nothin’ on these guys.
