That’s right folks. We’ve got another supernatural/vampire flick coming our way courtesy of Universal Pictures and producer Joe Roth. According to Variety the studio is in final negotiations to pick up a spec script from Larry Brenner titled BETHLEHEM. The SNOW WHITE AND THE HUNTSMAN producer will be producing via his Roth Films banner.

HUNTSMAN second unit director and VFX supervisor Cedric Nicolas-Troyan has already been tapped to make his directorial debut on the feature, which Palak Patel is also producing. Peep the rundown for BETHLEHEM:

Story follows a vampire who must protect a group of humans he feeds from to survive from other vampires and shepherd the humans to a safe haven in Bethlehem, Pa.

Sounds good to me! No telling when things will get rolling on BETHLEHEM but my guess is it’ll be soon! As soon as any other updates on the project come to light we’ll be right here to tell you about them.
