Uzumaki: teaser unveiled for Toonami’s Junji Ito adaptation

So this is awesome! Toonami has just released a new teaser and update for their upcoming animated adaptation of Junji Ito's seminal horror manga Uzumaki! You can check out some new footage – as well as some notes from director Hiroshi Nagahama – at the top of the article!

Here's the official synopsis:

The citizens of Kur?zu-cho, a fictional city which is plagued by a supernatural curse involving spirals. 

Meanwhile, the release date is currently scheduled for October 2022, but we'll keep you updated!
