As if seeing Han Solo and Chewie return to the Star Wars universe in the last teaser trailer wasn't enough, Vanity Fair decided to share some behind-the-scenes pictures and video of their trip out to THE FORCE AWAKENS set. Below you'll find some pictures taken by incomparable Annie Leibovitz, as well as the Vanity Fair cover photo. Aside from the usual cast, we're also treated to Adam Driver's Kylo Ren sans helmet, as well as Lupita Nyong'o decked out with facial tracking gear for her character of Maz Kanata and Gwendoline Christie's Captain Phasma.
Out of all of these, I'm probably the most curious to see how Adam Driver fares in the Star Wars universe. He's been known to rock the hell out of mumblecore film and television, but now it's time for him to unleash the badass we never knew existed! December just cannot get here fast enough! I want my Chewie!
