Walled In release

We’ve been writing about the “scary, secretive building and murderer” flick WALLED IN for quite some time with not much payback in terms of a “release date”. However, it seems that now the long wait will finally be over with the news that the Mischa Barton-starrer will be coming to DVD on March 17th through Anchor Bay Entertainment.

Now we also have some fine new art from the film (possibly the DVD’s cover?) up top and you can definitely say that I’m a fan of it. Just a slight hint of Mischa’s smooth bare back before it delves into some scraggly cracks revealing a dark brick wall. Good stuff. I wonder if the movie itself can match it. Here’s the plot: A demolition company rep supervises the razing of a mysterious building and discovers horrifying secrets and past inhabitants entombed within its walls by a vicious murderer.

The flick was directed and scripted by Gilles Paquet-Brenner. In addition to Ms. Barton (below), it also stars Debra Kara Unger, Noam Jenkins, Shannon Jardine, Darla Biccum, and Cameron Bright.
