Fox's breakout hit "Sleepy Hollow" is heading to San Diego Comic-Con later this month, with a panel set for Friday, July 25th at 5:45 p.m. in Room 6BCF, and now they have shared the first promo trailer for the series’ September 22 return, which we have for ya to lose your head over below!
The series focuses on a resurrected Ichabod Crane (Tom Mison), who’s pulled two and a half centuries through time to unravel a mystery that dates all the way back to America’s founding fathers. Along for the wild ride is a modern-day cop, Lt. Abbie Mills (Nicole Beharie).
Joining the show this coming season are Timothy Busfield ("The West Wing", “thirtysomething”) as Benjamin Franklin, “House of Cards” star Sakina Jaffrey as the new sheriff, and “One Tree Hill” alum Matt Barr as a bounty hunter.
I really dug the first season of "Sleepy Hollow" and am excited for its sophomore season, which is coming at us with 18 episodes for season 2. You can peep the promo for the second season below.
