Which former president will cameo in The Hangover 2?…

JoBloJoBlo

I know what you’re thinking…it’s totally William Howard Taft, right? Sadly, it’s not. There are only four living ex-presidents and exactly the one you’d expect to cameo in a raunchy R-rated comedy is exactly the one who will be making a cameo in THE HANGOVER, PART II.

Bill Clinton, our illustrious 42nd President of the United States of America, was in Bangkok over the weekend delivering a speech on clean energy. Director Todd Phillips, who is in Bangkok with the HANGOVER crew, was somehow able to corral Mr. Clinton into making a brief appearance in the sequel.

Before you wonder if Clinton is taking over for Mel Gibson, who was unceremoniously ousted from the film, he won’t be (early reports said Liam Neeson filled in for Gibson but recent reports indicate that Neeson is actually playing a different character). He’ll just be playing himself, a former President, and our boys – Bradley Cooper, Zach Galifianakis, Ed Helms and Justin Bartha – run into him along their travels.

I know THE HANGOVER is a highly anticipated movie and a sequel to a huge hit but can’t they keep ANY of these cameos secret? I mean, whatever comedy was to be mined from having Bill Clinton cameo in your film seems diluted when people already know Bill Clinton will be making a cameo in your film…
