So you know this whole TWILIGHT thing sweeping the nation? Of course you do because it’s sequel and sequel’s sequel are already happening! That’s right folks, we’ve got another TWILIGHT SAGA update for you all today!
This one comes from the LA Times and has to do with the third book in the franchise, ECLIPSE. Remember last month, when I told you how Drew Barrymore’s name was being considered to direct ECLIPSE? Well thankfully(?) Barrymore is out and it looks like Weitz is in! But wait a minute… So Chris Weitz is directing both NEW MOON and ECLIPSE? Well no. So what’s going on?
Apparently Chris Wetiz’s brother Paul is in line to direct ECLIPSE. Well that’s interesting. It seems Chris will be directing NEW MOON with Paul producing and the duo will flip-flop for ECLIPSE. Maybe they’ll joint direct the fourth one? Who knows. (who cares?) Mind you this isn’t solid news just yet… we’re still waiting on a confirmation, or a denial for that matter. Meanwhile you can head over to MTV to see what Kellan Lutz has to say on some NEW MOON casting bits. Fortunately we’ll keep you updated on any and all TWILIGHT SAGA news.
Apparently Ashley Greene’s character Alice has a bigger role in the TWILIGHT sequels… awesome.
