Good news for Snoop Dogg. Of course since the man’s life at this point appears to revolve around hot beats, hotter women, great weed and the occasional Pussycat Doll, it’s tough to imagine he gets much bad news.
Still, it’s always heartening to have your film projects picked up, and Xenon Pictures have now grabbed U.S. theatrical rights to Snoop Dogg’s horror anthology HOOD OF HORROR.
The tales, told by Snoop Dogg, revolve around the residents of an inner-city neighborhood whose actions determine where they will go in the afterlife. Film features anime sequences from Madhouse that were supervised by visual effects supervisor John Gaeta (“The Matrix” trilogy).
Sounds like fun, and it gives you a chance to get your Snoop on! But for now you can spend some QT with Brande Roderick who joins Ernie Hudson, Danny Trejo, Method Man, and Jason Alexander in the ensemble.
