Variety reports that Chloe Sevigny, who starred opposite Christian Bale in AMERICAN PSYCHO and who recently got ‘busy’ in THE BROWN BUNNY, will now face off against the Zodiac killer in Paramount Pictures’ ZODIAC.
Directed by David Fincher (of SE7EN and of criminally neglected ALIEN 3 fame), the film stars Gary Oldman, Anthony Edwards, Mark Ruffalo, Jake Gyllenhaal and Robert Downey Jr. ZODIAC is based off of the all-too-real events of a period in the late 60’s and 70’s where a serial killer terrorized the San Francisco area, eluding and confusing police with cryptic notes and clues. The film specifically focuses on the obsessive efforts of three investigators who look to bring the famed Zodiac killer to justice and the toll it took on their personal lives.
