We got a heads up this morning that ZOMBIELAND, the epic zombie comedy starring Woody Harrelson and Jesse Eisenberg, is now casting for zombies in the South Georgia area. That’s right, if you live in or around South Georgia, this could be your lucky break… to play a zombie in a true and blue zombie flick!

Although, actually, if you’re reading this, you’re too late. The zombie casting call has already happened and zombies have been cast for the shoot, which begins filming February 9th in Valdosta, GA. Ah, why the tease, you bastard!!!

Yeah, sorry about that. It is noteworthy, however, that production is scheduled to start soon, that a cast of hundreds of zombies have been compiled, and because people like Brandon Fulton got the job. Who’s Fulton? He was one of the folks who auditioned… he had this to say: I want to be a zombie in a movie cuz I feel like zombies look good and they’re energetic and I’m capable of killing somebody-no I’m just joking! but I think I’ll be the best person for the job.

Ah, those crazed, good looking, energetic, living corpses! Now doesn’t that just piss you off that this dude was there and you weren’t?

ZOMBIELAND is scheduled to hit theaters everywhere October 9th.
