Michael Myers is coming soon as Blumhouse’s Halloween sequel wraps filming

It was just the other day that we let you guys know that Jamie Lee Curtis had wrapped filming on Blumhouse's upcoming sequel to John Carpenter's HALLOWEEN. And today we have news that the entire film has just finished principal photography!

The news comes to us from co-producer Ryan Turek who took to Twitter to let all of us Blumhouse HALLOWEEN fans know that, yes, it is all done and done… for now.

While the film might undergo a few reshoots here and there, for the most part, the new HALLOWEEN is in the can. Which means we never well could see a teaser trailer in the very near future. HALLOWEEN (2018) synopsis:

Jamie Lee Curtis returns to her iconic role as Laurie Strode, who comes to her final confrontation with Michael Myers, the masked figure who has haunted her since she narrowly escaped his killing spree on Halloween night four decades ago.

The film is directed by David Gordon Green from a script by Green and Danny McBride and stars Jamie Lee Curtis, Andi Matichak, Judy Greer, James Jude Courtney, and Nick Castle. Blumhouse's HALLOWEEN hits theaters October 19, 2018.
