Anyone up for a Die Hard marathon? All five films to play in theaters next month

When I heard that for one day only there would be a DIE HARD marathon, I thought two things:

1. I must share this with the JoBlo readers.

2. This is what I want to do for Valentine’s Day.

You might want to make yourselves available for February 13th because a DIE HARD marathon is coming to a theater near you. Unfortunately, we do not know which theater chain will host the marathon. Don’t worry– when we find out then we will let you guys know so you can secure tickets. The screenings will include 1988′s Die Hard, 1990′s Die Hard 2, 1995′s Die Hard With a Vengeance, and 2007′s Live Free or Die Hard.

What’s cool about the whole deal is that the marathon includes A GOOD DAY TO DIE HARD, which doesn’t release until the next day– Valentine’s. Sounds like a good date, right? I will watch Bruce Willis as John McClane in any turd. Not saying the latest movie will be a turd, but just saying that McClane is a character for all seasons.

A GOOD DAY TO DIE HARD synopsis: John McClane goes global. For the first time, the New York City cop finds himself on an international stage as a fish out of water in Moscow. The film introduces McClane’s estranged son Jack, an apple that hasn’t fallen far from the tree, and who may even be more of a hard-ass than his father. John and Jack must put aside their personal and professional differences, and work together to keep each other alive and stop the Moscow underworld from controlling nuclear weapons.
