Cool Videos: United Monster Talent Agency

If you’re a film geek (and if you’re sitting there reading this, there’s no doubt you are), you know the name Greg Nicotero. About 22 years ago, he co-founded (with partners Robert Kurtzman and Howard Berger) one of the most influential SFX studios in Hollywood, KNB. He’s worked on movies like EVIL DEAD II, HOSTEL, KILL BILL, PREDATOR and even BOOGIE NIGHTS.

But now Nictotero is taking the next logical step in his career: directing. He worked as a second unit director for Frank Darabont on THE MIST (and continued his collaboration with Darabond on “The Walking Dead”) and now has released his first short film, “United Monster Talent Agency,” on the web. AMC is hosting the short in prep for “Walking Dead” and you can watch it below.
