Modern Warfare 3 shows off some gameplay in the reveal trailer

News in the movie world has been pretty slow lately, which makes the launch of the first trailer for "Modern Warfare 3" even more of a smart move. After all the last "Modern Warfare" game made over $310 million in its first day of sales, making it the biggest launch in entertainment history. Take that TRANSFORMERS.

The reveal trailer for "Modern Warfare 3" boasts our first look at gameplay and an impressive scope that takes players to America, England, Germany and France. It's even cut like a movie trailer with a familiar INCEPTION-style BWAH soundtrack.

The game hits on November 8th and you can check out the trailer below.

like they ONCE AGAIN haven't improved or advanced the series in anyway. Same old same old, once again. You would think after FIVE entries in the series that SOMETHING would change, even if it was just because everyone else is doing it (which they are) but I guess they're happy throwing out the same repetitive, dated, crappy product over and over again.

I dug Modern Warfare 2 for what it was, but you lose Activision. You seriously think you're still the 'heavy hitter' when it comes this

Im hip to this but Battlefield 3 will be better. Theres just too much coming out in Nov and Dec. Uncharted 3; Arkham City; CODMW 3; Twisted Metal; BF3 and the mac daddy of them all Elder Scrolls V

How is it 'Modern Warfare' when we're still fighting the Russians?

They should do a real Modern Warfare game. Where you sit in a 112 degree Humvee for 12-hours of mindnumbing gameplay until an illiterate enemy you never see remote detonates a bag of fertilizer hidden in a pile of donkey shit. End Game.

This game will own...

Sucks NY is hit. :( but I am happy france and germany are hit too. :) The game is still in process motion so the graphics could get better. But so far the best graphic game is BF3 :)

I'm assuming he meant that he's happy to see that the game is taking a global scale, where the actions in one area impact another, similar to when the Polish Tank brigade came and saved the Canadians in COD3.

At least I'm hoping that's what he meant...

total shit. check out the "fault line" 3 part game play series for Battlefield 3.

MW2 huge let down. i don't understand why Activision has to force these games out like 2 a year. saturated market is saturated

@Freddy: Its the otherway around....MW# trailer shows in game cutscenes, whereas BF3 has given a complete level of gameplay...Just youtube BF3 gameplay...

I'm a fan of the series, and even if MW2 was bit lacking, there was some great moments. And can't wait for this one. My only concern is that problems at Infinity Ward will reflect on this game. Not to mention development time, that seems relatively short.

as a fan of the series, i must say that the game looks good, and although i was expecting more from this latest release, i�ll still buy it and will probably have loads of fun with it :)

November will be a great month for video games :)

btw, if anyone has an interest in fps, go watch the trailer for battlefield 3, it has some of the most impressive graphics in the genre...

while this does look good, you're right on the money with bf3. Its going to blow mw3 out of the water, its a shame it will prob never get even close to the same amount of attention
